Friday Five {Vol. 27}

Here are five things that made me smile this week.

1. Flip Flops – I picked up these cute little flip flops for $1 and Henry LOVES them.  Well he loves all shoes really.  If he finds a shoe he wants you to put it on and will cry when it is time to take them off.Friday Five {Vol. 27} -

2. Magnets – I had a gift card for Shutterfly so I decided to get a few magnets.  I’m pretty happy with how they turned out.Friday Five {Vol. 27} -

3. Snow – The big snow storm hit the south this week and we had a blast playing outside.  I’ll tell you more about it in another post but this picture is a little sneak peek.Friday Five {Vol. 27} -

4. Finding gum – The bad news is that I washed a brand new pack of Stephen’s gum with our laundry.  The good news is that I had washed the load with cold water and I found the gum before it went in the dryer and melted all over our clothes!

5. Sleeping baby – We often find Henry sleeping in odd positions.  This time half of his leg with sticking out through the slats in the crib and Mr. Owl was keeping his head nice and warm.Friday Five {Vol. 27} -

So what made you smile this week?

  1. your post made me smile! such a cute little boy 🙂 I do want to say to be carful with his foot through the crib, my son used to do this and one day he got it stuck! He must have tried to sit up and slide closer to the railing because the top part of his thigh is what got stuck. It was awful he screamed. I had to pull the railing apart with ever thing I had and it left huge black and blue marks where it had got caught 😦

    • Oh no! Poor little guy! That sounds very painful. 😦 Thankfully Henry has only stuck his leg through when he is sleeping. We always pull his leg back out when we see it but one day we may not catch it in time.

      • I know I was completely surprised it happened! He had just woke up from his nap and was content so I wanted to get a few things done quick. I thought he was safe in his crib and I could see him so I didn’t think it was a big deal to do a few things quick. I guess I know now for my future 2nd child! Lol
