On Friday night we went to one of our favorite places…..downtown!  It has been awhile since we have been downtown.  Guess it just seemed too cold to take a newborn out at night during winter so we have spent the last few months cruising the mall.  But the weather is so beautiful now it was beckoning us to come outside and enjoy.

We stopped on the bridge to look at the waterfall, did a little people watching, walked around some shops and stopped to listen to some guy playing an electric violin.  Of course no trip downtown would be complete without some yummy ice cream!  I always get the same thing, double dark chocolate with fresh strawberries.

Henry enjoyed taking in all of the sights and sounds and stayed up way past his bed time.

I am looking forward to spending many more summer evenings wandering around downtown. 🙂
