Here are five things that made me smile this week.  

1.  Bible study.  My Cousin-in-law hosts a bible study at her house.  I went for the first time this week and it was so nice to get together with other women to study God’s word and pray.

2. Wiggly eyes.  I got this shirt from a friend and it has those eyes that are made of little plastic domes with free floating black circles.   3.  Cool weather.  The last few days we have had cooler weather that feels a bit like fall.  Fall is my favorite season so I would love it if it came a little early this year!

4. Kitchen gadgets.  It never fails that Henry is tired, crabby and clingy when I’m trying to make dinner and need to use both hands.  That is when kitchen gadgets come to the rescue.  Every night I can pull out some new and exciting object from the cabinet to keep him entertained…..for a few minutes at least.

5. Cookies.  Mmmmm……I love warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven.
